Shaheed Memorial Vidya Kendra offers students a variety of extra curricular activities to enhance their education, to develop life skills.
To set the mind of students towards spiritual & moral development with good thoughts and ideas, the school organizes morning assembly in the open space. A mass singing prayer with sincere devotion along with National Anthem Creates the sense of nationality among students. Not only this but everyday students deliver a speech on moral character and thought for the day. Daily news words of command are given by the representatives of house on duty for the week. On Saturday students of the same house recite poems tells moral stories etc.
The school truly believes in the concept of healthy mind in healthy body-brawn with brains. The mostfavourite period in the time table is the PT period when they have the access to various games such as Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton & Hockey. Some of our indoor game favourites are table tennis and chess.
The Library offer a range of resources to its members. These resources are provided to cater specific academic needs of the members. The library has a well selected collection of Books, Journals, periodicals & News Papers.
